You do what you can at your own pace.  We are not here to watch you, we are here to have fun!! We will be to busy paying attention to our own to your Step Up Journey!!

In this class you will Dance, Exercise and Step Up all at the same time.. It'll be fun..It's not like other Step Up Exercise Classes I promise you..
