Hey Ladies!! Are you ready for To Sweat a Little Bit!! But have fun while doing it? If so this is the class for you.. This class is built for Comfort and is a No Judgement Zone. You do what you can at your own pace. We are not here to watch you, we are here to have fun!! We will be to busy paying attention to our own to your Step Up Journey!!
In this class you will Dance, Exercise and Step Up all at the same time.. It'll be fun..It's not like other Step Up Exercise Classes I promise you..
My focus is on you learning the step up routine, while burning a calorie or two.. If you are interested come and Join Us!!
