Hey Ladies!! Are you ready for To Sweat a Little Bit!! But have fun while doing it? If so this is the class for you.. This class is built for Comfort and is a No Judgement Zone For Plus Size Women . You do what you can at your own pace. We are not here to watch you.. We will be to busy paying attention to our own Dancing Journey!!
In this class you will Dance!! And you will Exercise at the same time.. It'll be fun..It's not like other Exercise Classes I promise you..
